Kate Schneiderman helps dancers level up their performance by leveraging over 10 years of experience as an athlete, coach, and choreographer for teams and studios across California.

Kate specializes in introducing Pom and dance team style routines to teams of all levels. She has choreographed for multiple high schools teams competing in Pom divisions for the first time at UDA, USA, and WCE competitions. Dancers have joined pro-cheer NFL teams using Kate’s coaching and choreography to prepare for auditions.

As head coach and choreographer of the UC San Diego dance team for 5 seasons, Kate coached the team through the transition from Division II to Division I. Under her leadership she led the team to win record-breaking rankings in both Division I and Division II Pom and Jazz at UDA and USA collegiate dance team national competitions.

Kate is passionate about discovering dancers’ strengths and teaching them how to use them to reach their goals, whether that be competing at regional and national competitions, nailing their audition, or simply finding confidence in their capabilities.

Kate is based in San Diego, CA and works full time as a tech marketing manager. She holds a BS in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego. When she’s not working, Kate spends time going on adventures with her rescue dog and treasure hunting at estate sales.
